1. What SBCGuard is
SBCGuard is a self-management tool for people who gamble. It records the sessions you choose to record, holds you to the limits you set, and explains how slot games are actually built. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
SBCGuard is not a casino, a bookmaker or a betting service. It does not accept wagers, hold gambling funds, or connect to any gambling operator's account or system. It has no commercial relationship with any casino or gambling operator, carries no affiliate links, and earns nothing when you gamble. Our only revenue is your subscription.
2. What SBCGuard does not do
Every result in a slot game is decided by that game's random number generator. Nothing on SBCGuard changes that, and nothing on SBCGuard can tell you what a result will be. The Scanner, Live Monitor, game guides and pattern tools describe the board in front of you and the limits you set for yourself. They never tell you a result is coming, and they are never a reason to bet more.
If any screen in the product ever appears to promise otherwise, that is a defect. Please tell us so we can fix it.
SBCGuard is not financial, legal or medical advice, and it is not treatment for gambling harm. If gambling is hurting you, the resources on our help page connect you with people whose job that is.
3. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old, and at or above the legal gambling age where you live (in the Philippines that is 21). You confirm both when you create an account, and we record that confirmation. Using SBCGuard where online gambling is unlawful for you is your responsibility, not ours. One account per person.
4. Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has them. We may suspend or close an account that is used to abuse the service, other members, or us.
Your money figures are optional. Income, salary schedule, rent, bills and the rest of budget setup are there so the product can size your limits from your real situation — but every one of them is optional, you can give a range instead of a figure, and you can skip the step entirely and set a budget by hand. Nothing in SBCGuard is withheld from you for leaving them blank. Whatever you do enter is private to you: it is never shown to other members, never shared with anyone, and our Privacy Policy says with whom it is not shared by name. If you do enter figures, enter honest ones — the product can only be as straight with you as you are with it.
5. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation
Plus and Max are paid plans, billed monthly or yearly. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout, in US dollars.
Card payments are processed by Whop and are a recurring membership: your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period and is charged again, until you cancel. You cancel through Whop — use the link in your payment receipt, or sign in at whop.com and manage the membership there. Cancelling stops the next charge; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation control inside SBCGuard itself, and we say so here rather than let you look for one.
Crypto payments are processed by PayID19 as a single invoice for a fixed term of 30 or 365 days. They do not renew. Once a crypto payment is confirmed on-chain it is final and cannot be refunded.
Refunds. All payments are final. Because SBCGuard is software, and because the free plan lets you use it before you pay for more, we do not refund for change of mind, for unused time, or because you stopped using it. The only exceptions are if we fail to provide the service you paid for, if we withdraw the service (see section 10), or where the law gives you a right we cannot exclude.
Plan limits (for example the number of scans a day) are the ones stated on the subscription page at the time you buy. If we change what a plan includes, the change applies from your next billing period, never inside one you have already paid for.
6. Acceptable use
Use the Scanner and Live Monitor only on a screen you are personally looking at. Do not use SBCGuard to interfere with, probe or automate any gambling operator's system, and do not use it in breach of an operator's own terms — that is between you and them. Do not scrape, copy or resell the product or its game data, share an account, or try to get around plan limits or age checks.
7. Community
The community feed and leaderboard show only Live Monitor sessions, and only from members who have chosen to appear. The feed also includes simulated example accounts that we generate so it is never empty; they are not real people and their results are not real money. Where the product shows another member's session, it shows what that member chose to share — nothing more.
8. Content and trademarks
Game names, artwork and studio marks belong to their studios. SBCGuard describes those games in its own words and boards; it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any game studio or gambling operator. Everything else on the service — the text, the tools, the boards as we draw them — is ours, and you may use it only as part of using the product.
9. No guarantees, and the limit of our liability
SBCGuard is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we do not promise any outcome from using it — including any change in what you win or lose. Its figures depend on what you enter and on data we gather about games, either of which can be wrong.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses you incur gambling, or for indirect or consequential loss of any kind, and our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending things
You can close your account and have your data deleted at any time — the Privacy Policy explains how, and it is fully deleted within seven days. We may suspend or end the service for an account that breaks these terms, and we may withdraw the service altogether on reasonable notice. If we do, unused subscription time is refunded.
11. Changes to these terms
Each version of these terms carries a date, and we store the version you accepted with your account. If we change them materially we will tell you in the product and ask you to accept the new version; continuing to use SBCGuard after that is acceptance. Corrections that do not change your rights may be made without notice.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes will be heard by the courts of the Philippines. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still stands.
